We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Marketing Coordinator to support a structured marketing plan for a professional services organization. This is a hands-on, task-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys content publishing, website updates, and organized marketing execution.
Duties / Task to perform
• Write, format, and publish four blog posts per month aligned with the quarterly marketing plan.
• Publish and optimize blog content in WordPress, including images, internal links, and basic SEO fields.
• Update and refresh existing website content as directed.
• Schedule and publish social media posts using approved scheduling tools.
• Repurpose blog content into social media posts following predefined templates and brand guidelines.
• Execute LinkedIn outreach activities and support page growth initiatives.
• Monitor outreach and publishing workflows, flagging any issues promptly.
• Perform website text and image updates, and create new pages or landing pages as needed.
• Execute basic backlink acquisition tasks, including directory submissions and citation updates.
• Track backlinks and report broken or removed links.
• Complete client website updates based on ticket requests, following instructions precisely.
• Build and populate quarterly marketing execution plans using the established framework.
• Track progress of marketing initiatives and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Update marketing scorecards and input required data for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or content-focused role.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress (required).
• Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of content marketing and SEO fundamentals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
• Ability to execute repetitive marketing tasks with accuracy and consistency.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working within predefined plans.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 11:00 am (GMT-7) - (MST, Mountain Standard Time) Part Time - 20 hrs per week
