Marketing Content Manager

We are currently looking for a Head of Customer Content Marketing. In this pivotal role, you will lead the Customer Engagement & Strategy Team, driving the creation of impactful customer‑facing content and strengthening the connection in marketing strategies.

Your experience will shape the voice of the organization, enabling effective communication with customers and stakeholders alike. You will manage a high‑performing team and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience through strategic content development, ultimately influencing key industry conversations.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, launch, and optimize retention marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other channels.

• Build and execute marketing campaigns that drive adoption, engagement, and retention.

• Translate customer, broker, and field feedback into actionable insights.

• Ensure consistent execution and follow-through on partner initiatives, meeting agreed timelines and performance expectations.

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and coaching teams.

• Ensure brand consistency and accurate messaging across all content.​

 

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in, business development, marketing, or sales.

• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.

• Strong visual communication skills for executive‑level presentations.

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple high‑priority projects.

• Excellent written and spoken English.
