MARKETING CONTENT MANAGER

At RAGU LIKE THE SAUCE, led by internationally acclaimed photographer Ragu, we transform the intensity of the game into timeless art. Our work isn't just seen, it's experienced: gallery-quality pieces that become heirlooms for families around the world.
Location: 100% Remote
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Flexible hours negotiable.
📌 Main Responsibilities
• Digital Marketing Management: Plan and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Growth Strategies: Execute A/B tests and campaigns to expand reach in key markets.
• Premium Content Production: Edit video/audio to high-quality technical standards.
• SEO and Web: Publish articles, optimize images, and manage thematic clusters.
• Lead Management and Support: Manage workflows, respond to DMs, and maintain agile communication with families and clubs.
• Reporting and Analysis: Create weekly/monthly dashboards with business metrics and insights.
🧩 What We're Looking For
• Advanced English level (C1)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in growth marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, brand growth, and content strategy.
• The client is looking for candidates capable of producing timeless content without relying on artificial intelligence tools.
• SEO experience is required. Experience with paid campaigns, including Meta Ads or Google Ads.
• Portfolio of high-quality, fast-paced short videos with premium subtitles.
• Experience with Trial Reels (a plus).
-Technical mastery of frame rate, resolution, compression, and audio editing.
-Ability to conduct structured growth tests (e.g., Trial Reels) and interpret the results.
-Strong writing skills for blogs and website copy.
-Expert proficiency in video editing (resolution, compression, clean audio).
