Marketing Content Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator / Video Editor to own our content execution and production workflow.

This role ensures our marketing content is consistently edited, finalized, and published on time. You’ll work closely with our team to turn raw content into polished, engaging media while maintaining brand consistency and supporting ongoing marketing efforts.

Key Outcomes

Consistent, high-quality, on-brand content (reality-show style, not generic)

Videos and posts are edited, finalized, and scheduled without delays

Leadership is freed up to focus on strategy and growth

Marketing materials (flyers, slides, etc.) are produced quickly and accurately

What You’ll Do

Video Editing & Content Production

Edit short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

Add music, captions, transitions, and polish content for engagement

Ensure accuracy of all on-screen text and visuals

Content Scheduling & Publishing

Upload and schedule approved content across platforms

Maintain a consistent posting schedule

Ensure smooth execution of the content calendar

Brand & Team Alignment

Work closely with Sarah to maintain brand voice and tone

Communicate via Zoom and chat tools (Slack/Teams)

Apply feedback quickly and accurately

Design & Marketing Support

Create flyers, slide decks, and other marketing materials

Use AI and design tools to produce assets quickly

Deliver clean, professional outputs without heavy design oversight

What We’re Looking For

Strong video editing skills (social media content)

Experience with content scheduling and publishing

Comfortable using AI and design tools

Highly detail-oriented and organized

Strong communication and ability to work independently

Responsive and comfortable working in a remote setup

Nice to Have

Experience with reality-style or personality-driven content

Background in marketing or content production

Experience in fast-paced content environments

How You’ll Work

Direct collaboration with Sarah (main point of contact)

Remote work with regular communication via Zoom/chat tools

Embedded as part of the in-house marketing team
