Digital Marketing, CVM & Lifecycle Management
• CVM & Lifetime Journey: Design and manage Customer Value Management (CVM) strategies to map and optimize the user’s lifetime journey, ensuring maximum retention and engagement.
• Tool Utilization: Expertly utilize MoEngage (or similar Customer Engagement Platforms) to create personalized, omnichannel campaigns based on user behavior and segmentation.
• Attribution & Analytics: Manage mobile measurement and attribution using Adjust to track acquisition sources, measure campaign ROI, and optimize ad spend.
• Leverage analytics tools to track user behavior and optimize conversion rates.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and monitoring expenses for ROI.
Requirements:
• Specific Technical Experience: Proven expertise in Digital Marketing tools is mandatory, specifically Adjust (for attribution) and MoEngage (for engagement/retention).
• CVM Expertise: Deep understanding of Customer Value Management (CVM) and mapping the customer lifetime journey within a Fintech or digital service context.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
