Working within the Media Network Team, the Communications Specialist (Managed), is responsible for the content production & assisting Media Network Manager to form programming strategy of Owned (redbull.com) and Managed channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, etc.), along with the community management across them, building on the organization’s business plan by creating and implementing cross-platform programming strategies in support of the organization’s wider marketing mix. She/he drives brand love via organic engagement as large an audience as possible across metrics such as reach, engagement, frequency, and length of interaction, by ensuring Red Bull generates word of mouth with the right content and the right account/platform at the right time. This role should be equipped with industry knowledge across social, web and emerging digital channels, with the ability to put strategy into action by bringing stories to life.
 
 
 
FORMULATE STRONG CONTENT PLAN
• Defines content programming priorities and creates plans together with the Media Network and Marketing teams, informed by past content performance, audience mapping and expert understanding of current and potential future audience.
CONTENT IDEATION AND EXECUTION
• Formulate innovative content idea, develop the concept through delivery with internal and external partners, ensure high quality content that is always in line with brand attitudes, values and quality standard of Red Bull. Identify and develop new story angles for existing projects, genres and recurring content opportunities.  
PLAN ACROSS PLATFORMS
• Constantly deliver reporting and data insight to sharpens strategies of Owned and Managed channel, identify potential programming partner, and build consistent holistic programming and release plan across the network. Optimizes channel performance and experience through scheduling, featuring, customized functionalities and smooth consumer journeys.
LEVERAGE BRAND LOVE ON SOCIAL
• Manage content creation on Social Channels, build brand love via organic engagement, and translate online performance data into actionable plans.
A communication professional with at least 5 year’s experience in digital media including content production and programming.
Concrete experience in running social media accounts and websites is required.
Expert in identifying where consumers live digitally, how they consume content, and how to engage with content according to their consumption behaviour.
Has a constant sense of online trends and knows how to drive Word of Mouth online.
Analytic thinking, high affinity to data, with ability to translate into strategy and concrete initiatives.
Experience in content production (shooting, editing, etc.), knowledge of social copy writing and community management.
Strong network of production partners in the fields, in particular with sports, music and dance
Team player, open-minded, optimistic, creative, works with passion and has high affinity with the world of Sports and Culture, highly motivated with a cross-spectrum approach.
Education Requirements: University Degree (business, marketing or similar)
Language Requirements: Mandarin, English (Fluent)
