Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Merchandise Planner to support merchandise planning through forecasting, performance analysis, and stock optimisation. Working closely with planning and production teams, this role plays a key part in ensuring product availability across channels while delivering clear, data-led insights that inform commercial decisions. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented planner looking to grow within a fast-paced, purpose-led apparel and eCommerce environment.

Admin, CRM & Internal Communications (50%)

• Conduct daily diary check-ins and manage scheduling priorities for the CEO.
• Coordinate email follow-ups between the CEO and clients or stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings across multiple time zones with accuracy.
• Upload, tag, and maintain CRM contact records, including removing duplicates.
• Set up new members and contacts from event ticket bookings and registrations.
• Manage ad hoc team travel bookings and internal documentation repositories.

Marketing & External Communications (40%)

• Write, schedule, and publish LinkedIn posts (5–12 per week) aligned with brand tone.
• Update social media tiles using templates and make required content adjustments.
• Prepare, build, and schedule marketing emails within the CRM.
• Support podcasts, webinars, and conferences, including setup, coordination, and promotion.
• Edit and quality-check marketing content for consistency and brand alignment.

Ad-hoc / Additional Initiatives (10%)

• Assist with reporting and visibility of event or campaign performance metrics.
• Provide support for special projects, campaigns, or executive requests as required.
• Attend team meetings to ensure alignment across communications and projects.


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in marketing coordination, communications, or business support roles.
• Strong written English skills with ability to adapt tone for executive and professional audiences.
• Experience managing LinkedIn content, scheduling tools, and email marketing platforms/CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Proficiency in Canva or template-based design tools.
• High attention to detail, particularly in data handling, scheduling, and time zone coordination.
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities, work proactively, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
