An internship with Kaufman Rossin is an adventure more rewarding than the average internship! Of course, you'll be integrating your coursework learning with hands-on knowledge and gaining additional credentials to round out your resume— that's to be expected from any internship. What you may not expect is our culture! At Kaufman Rossin, we work in a people-first environment that nurtures creativity, rewards innovation, and encourages professional growth.

This role operates at the intersection of marketing, data analytics, and technology. You will gain hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI research while contributing to projects that inform growth strategies and go-to-market decisions.

Our internships are hybrid and structured around your class schedule; education remains the priority! You can dedicate 20 hours/week to 40 hours/week as an intern... we're flexible! We typically have Spring and Summer internship options. If it goes well, and you'd like to stay on, you can extend your internship or become eligible for long-term hire once you've concluded your undergraduate education!

Requirements:
What Skills You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Marketing, Business, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
• Experience using AI for research.
• Basic understanding of data cleaning, validation, and visualization techniques.

How You'll Stand Out

• Analytical and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Self-starter who can identify issues and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Understanding of marketing KPIs (e.g., pipeline influence, campaign ROI, referral growth).
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
