We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Marketing & Brand Manager to drive brand growth, local activation and commercial marketing initiatives across Singapore and Hong Kong.
YOUR SCOPE
Reporting to the regional leadership team and working closely with the global marketing function, the Marketing & Brand Manager will lead the execution of local marketing strategies, digital engagement, events, partnerships and sales enablement initiatives.
This role requires a hands-on marketer with strong project management skills, creativity and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders including hospitality partners, agencies, media and internal sales teams.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall Marketing Strategy for the Local Market
Based on the global marketing strategy and direction, plan and execute a marketing strategy for the local market, covering current and future products.
Oversee the implementation of the agreed marketing, PR & brand strategy.
Create brand visibility and success across high-end gastronomy and bar channels throughout the market.
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends, and competitor activities, adjusting the marketing strategy and plan as necessary.
Digital and Social Media
Contribute to the organization's social media channels with relevant content, in dialogue with the Global Social Media and Communications Manager. Ability to create and design high-quality content according to business needs.
Define and execute locally relevant micro-influencer and influencer campaigns.
Own demand generation budgets and monitor the efficiency of related activities.
Local Activation & Reporting
Create and manage a calendar of events including webinars, conferences, trade fairs, hotel & gastronomy-oriented events, and thought leadership contributions.
Generate and manage marketing partnerships and collaborations to increase brand awareness and drive demand generation.
Lead the showroom project from design concept to completion, in coordination with HQ; manage showroom planning, staffing, and related events and PR.
Set and administer the annual marketing budget.
Manage and measure marketing campaign costs, and report on the effectiveness and ROI of campaigns against pre-determined KPIs.
Sales Enablement and Partner Support
Support partners and other regional markets with marketing expertise and materials.
Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to operate effectively.
Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials.
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with leading brands, in either a B2B or B2C environment. Experience activating premium F&B accounts, engaging the sommelier and bartender community, and managing hotel group partnerships (Marina Bay Sands, Capella, COMO, Raffles, etc.) is a plus.
Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to understand market dynamics, consumer insights, and business needs, and to develop strategies accordingly.
Strong flexibility and adaptability.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with the international marketing and communications team — sharing best practices, contributing to brainstorms, and driving results together.
Solid command of brand building, digital marketing, social media, and media buying.
Passion for or interest in purpose-driven brands and missions.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce), marketing automation, analytics tools, design tools (e.g. Canva), and Meta/Google Ads platforms.
