About the Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to build and optimize automated marketing campaigns, workflows, and lead management systems.
In this role, you’ll design nurture sequences, email campaigns, and lead scoring models while ensuring seamless alignment between marketing and sales.
If you’re experienced with HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms, and enjoy combining data, automation, and campaign execution, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Automation Workflows
• Build and optimize nurture sequences, drip campaigns, and triggered workflows
• Implement and refine lead scoring models
• Test workflows to ensure accurate triggers, logic, and execution
Email Marketing
• Create, test, and deploy campaigns using:
• HubSpot
• Marketo
• Pardot
• ActiveCampaign
• Klaviyo
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and CTAs
• Ensure emails are responsive, accessible, and on-brand
CRM & Sales Alignment
• Integrate automation platforms with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Zoho)
• Ensure proper lead routing and handoff to sales teams
• Track campaign attribution from engagement to revenue
Data Management & Segmentation
• Maintain clean, accurate lead databases
• Segment audiences by persona, behavior, industry, and geography
• Ensure compliance with:
• GDPR
• CAN-SPAM
• CCPA
Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor campaign performance:
• Open rates
• CTR
• Conversion rates
• Revenue impact
• Build dashboards in HubSpot, Marketo, Power BI, or Tableau
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations
Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated on automation tools and best practices
• Identify and implement improvements to increase ROI and efficiency
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign)
• Hands-on experience building:
• Workflows
• Lead scoring models
• Email campaigns
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Understanding of email compliance and data privacy regulations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working remote during U.S. business hours
Nice to Have
• Certifications in HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
• Experience with multi-touch attribution models
• Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B services
• Experience integrating tools using APIs or Zapier
