 The team manages and enhances digital marketing tools—including websites, mobile apps, and email platforms—to help marketers deliver more targeted content and improve client engagement.

The role includes creating and maintaining KPI dashboards (Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) to measure the performance of digital tools and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Tech Stack includes:

• Marketing automation and mass‑emailing tools

• Data analytics and reporting platforms
Mission
• Manage projects with Product and Marketing teams (Marketing, FX, Rates, Equities, Research), aligning digital solutions with business strategy and platform needs
• Understand the Digital Marketing ecosystem and its interactions with CRM, telemetry databases, e‑platforms, and CMS
• Identify opportunities for new features, run pilots/tests, and propose enhancements
Main Tasks
• Design, configure, and deploy automated and ad‑hoc email campaigns
• Run A/B and multivariate tests; monitor KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion, attribution)
• Develop automated digital marketing workflows across connected systems
• Analyze campaign results and produce reports to optimize strategy
• Define data analysis approaches to support product decisions and business performance
• Digital Marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Communications, or Digital Marketing
• Experience with marketing automation and email marketing platforms
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Language Skills
• English – Mastery
