דן אנד ברדסטריט ישראל מחפשת מנהל/ת אוטומצייה שיווקית עם חשיבה אסטרטגית ויכולת ביצוע גבוהה, לתכנון, פיתוח ואופטימיזציה של תוכניות אוטומצייה שיווקית עבור פתרונות קבלת ההחלטות העסקיים של החברה, וכן עבור אפליקציית האשראי הצרכנית Captain Credit.

התפקיד כולל אחריות מלאה על בניית מסעות לקוח מבוססי דאטה ואוטומציה, המאיצים גיוס לקוחות, מעורבות, טיפוח לידים, שימור והכנסות הן בקהלים עסקיים B2B והן בקהלים צרכניים C2B.

התפקיד כולל עבודה שוטפת עם צוותי שיווק, מכירות, מוצר, CSM ותמיכה, במטרה לשפר את תהליך יצירת לידים, מיסוד והגדלת פייפליין, הגדלת המרות ויצירת חוויות לקוח מותאמות אישית לאורך כל מחזור חיי הלקוח.

זהו תפקיד בעל השפעה גבוהה, עם אחריות מלאה על תחום אוטומציית השיווקית בארגון, בעבודה על פתרונות דאטה ארגוניים ופלטפורמה פיננסית צרכנית, וכולל השפעה רחבה, שיתופי פעולה וצמיחה מקצועית.

מה כולל התפקיד
הובלת אסטרטגיית Marketing Automation מקצה לקצה עבור מוצרי דן אנד ברדסטריט (B2B) ועבור Captain Credit (B2C).
בניית מסגרות Lifecycle מותאמות לקהלים שונים: Acquisition, Onboarding, Activation, Retention, Expansion.
תכנון והקמה של מסעות רב-ערוציים: Email, In-app, SMS, WhatsApp – כולל טריגרים, סגמנטציה ופרסונליזציה.
ביצוע ניסויי A/B ושיפור מתמיד של ביצועים לאורך הפאנל.

הקמה ותחזוקה של דשבורדים למדידת ביצועים, ROI והצגה למנהלים.
אחריות על הארכיטקטורה והאינטגרציות של מערך הכלים: Salesforce, Customer.io, Intercom, Zapier, Webflow, WordPress.
הקמה ותחזוקה של מודלי Lead Scoring ותהליכי מסירה למכירות (MQL/SQL), בשיתוף RevOps ומכירות.

עבודה שוטפת וחוצת ארגון עם שיווק, מוצר, פיתוח, דאטה, שירות והצלחת לקוחות – כדי להבטיח זרימות מידע אמינות וחוויית לקוח עקבית.

דרישות חובה
3+ שנות ניסיון בהובלה וניהול תהליכי Marketing Automation ו-Lifecycle מקצה לקצה.
ניסיון מעשי משמעותי ב Customer.io או פלטפורמות אוטומציה דומות.
היכרות מעשית עם Salesforce CRM ואינטגרציה לתהליכי שיווק/מכירות.

אוריינטציה אנליטית חזקה: יכולת ניתוח, אופטימיזציה, והבנת KPI .
יכולת עבודה חוצת ארגון, ניהול פרויקטים והנעת ממשקים.
עברית מצוינת ואנגלית ברמה גבוהה (כתיבה ודיבור).
