As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will play a crucial role in building, executing, and optimizing email campaigns and automated workflows within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing. This position requires strong technical knowledge of the platform, experience with campaign setup and automation, and the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing and sales teams to deliver impactful, scalable campaigns.


The Work!:
• Build, execute, and optimize email and automated marketing campaigns
• Configure and manage workflows, journeys, and triggers within Dynamics Marketing
• Support campaign setup beyond email build, including segmentation and automation logic
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automation solutions
• Maintain documentation and best practices for marketing automation processes
• Streamline and improve existing email and campaign workflows
• Reduce execution bottlenecks by supporting campaign delivery independently


Let's Talk About You!:
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Commerce or related experience
• 5+ years of B2C/B2B Email Marketing Experience
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and support
• Experience with responsive HTML templates
• Experience with CI Journeys and CRM functionalities in Dynamics 365
• Experience in setting up and managing push notifications channels
• Solid understanding of Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
• Strong analytical mindset
• Self-motivated and independent worker with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Effective planning and project management skills
• A proactive and ambitious marketer who enjoys developing new solutions to challenging problems, and that can execute these ideas flawlessly
• Finance Services experience would be an asset

The incumbent will be working hybrid and in office time will be spent working from Equitable Bank’s additional office space located at 2200-25 Ontario Street, Toronto, ON.
