About the Role

As a marketing associate at Tandem Health, you will own and drive Tandem’s local marketing execution in one of our most strategically important and demanding markets.

You will be accountable for how Tandem is understood and trusted in Germany by clinicians, healthcare leaders, partners, and industry stakeholders, and for translating our European strategy into credible, high quality local execution that resonates in a regulated, evidence driven environment.

Germany requires a disciplined, trust first approach. This role is for a marketer who combines judgment with hands on delivery, is comfortable operating close to the product and commercial teams, and can confidently engage in high credibility conversations where quality, compliance, and long term partnership matter more than speed or noise.

What you will do

Local marketing execution & ownership

• Own and execute the German marketing plan across brand, demand generation, content, events, and launches

• Ensure all German-language communications are native, precise, and aligned with Tandem’s brand and regulatory context

• Act as the primary marketing partner for the German commercial and clinical teams

Event, launches & market activation

• Lead local execution of product launches, partnerships, PR moments, and events

• Adapt central narratives and campaigns to the German market with strong local judgment

• Support longer, trust-based sales cycles with relevant assets, case studies, and proof points

• Own field marketing initiatives including conferences, roundtables, and targeted events

Cross-functional collaboration & insight

• Work closely with sales and clinical teams in Germany

• Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams across Europe

• Provide structured market insights and feedback to inform positioning, messaging, and roadmap decisions

What You Bring

• Native-level German (written and spoken)

• Strong professional English (working language)

• 2-4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS, health tech, medtech, or other regulated industries

• Experience operating in complex stakeholder environments and longer sales cycles

• Strong ownership mindset, structure, and attention to detail

• Comfort balancing strategy with hands-on execution

Location

We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This is a full-time role based in our Munich office where you will work primarily in order to collaborate, connect, and build our culture. Travel is expected locally to meet customers, and regular trips to Stockholm to meet the full team are also a requirement. The role will report to our Marketing Director located in Sweden.
