Your Role:

As a Marketing All-Rounder, you will play a vital role in building and scaling our German DTC operations. This is a unique opportunity to wear multiple hats, gain hands-on experience across channels, and directly shape the brand’s presence in a rapidly expanding market.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll take ownership of a wide variety of initiatives, working cross-functionally with our team to fuel growth in Germany:

• Drive content creation and German copywriting to ensure all communication resonates with our target audience.

• Manage social media channels and influencer partnerships, staying ahead of trends and building strong brand visibility.

• Support email marketing campaigns and customer journey optimization, creating engaging, conversion-driven experiences.

• Provide customer support when needed, ensuring a high-quality, empathetic experience for our community.

• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and sharpen our growth strategy.

• Collaborate on strategic projects and business development that expand our reach and impact.

Requirements:

We’re looking for a marketing professional who is both hands-on and strategic—someone who thrives in a startup environment and is excited to grow with us:

• Native-level German speaker with strong writing and editing skills.

• 2–3 years of marketing experience (agency or DTC/e-commerce experience is a plus).

• Demonstrated expertise in social media management and trend awareness.

• Strong analytical thinking combined with a creative mindset.

• Interest in health, wellness, and e-commerce industries.

• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a startup mindset.

• Full-time availability and willingness to dive in across different functions.
