Marketing Assistant (Focus on Social Media and Performance Marketing)

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant with a strong focus on social media and performance marketing to support our marketing team in executing various campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging digital channels to drive engagement and results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including but not limited to posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute performance marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, SEM, PPC, and email marketing.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize future campaigns.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing materials, including website content, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media and performance marketing.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing and performance marketing, preferably in a similar industry (Fintech).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Passion for marketing and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
• Able to start work immediately is preferable!
