Role Summary
The Marketing Assistant will support the Communications Team in delivering high‑quality marketing and communications outputs across the business. This role plays a key part in the development, maintenance, and organisation of WKC’s marketing assets, digital platforms, and internal communications materials.
Working closely with team members across multiple offices, the Marketing Assistant will help ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across company‑wide materials and channels. The role contributes directly to efficient communications operations, improved content delivery, and the continued growth of WKC’s brand and practice areas.
This is a supportive, detail‑oriented role suited to a candidate eager to learn, grow, and develop within a structured, professional consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Communications Team with day‑to‑day marketing and communications operations
Assist in the development, formatting, and maintenance of marketing and communications materials
Manage and update internal asset libraries, brand templates, and documentation systems
Maintain and update digital platforms, including website content and online profiles
Support preparation of internal and external communications content
Assist with scheduling and coordination of social media content
Monitor industry and digital trends to support continuous improvement
Liaise with internal teams to gather information, content, and project updates
Support reporting, documentation, and internal communications processes
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Communications Team
Adapt to evolving priorities and business needs, ensuring responsive and reliable delivery
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Essential
Relevant work experience in marketing, communications, or a similar support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration abilities
Comfortable working in a structured, process‑driven environment
