Marketing and Sales Representative

Horizon Specialized Marketing is excited to reveal an immediate full time opening for a Marketing and Sales Representative within the marketing and sales industry in the Lima/Findlay, OH area.

We are seeking an energetic and hard-working Marketing and Sales Representative to join our growing team of marketing and sales professionals. The M & S Representative will be primarily focus on the execution of our events and generating revenue for our clients. If you possess a strong work ethic and can bring a positive energy to the office and various work environments on an everyday basis, this is an ideal position for you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Builds lasting customer relationships and maintains client loyalty
• Demonstrates consultative behaviors in a retail environment to understand each customer's individualized need, and can recommend appropriate products and services
• Drives results by contributing to store operations; both in office and in the field
• Supports both themselves and the team by meeting key performance indicators
• Takes pride in personal contribution and knows how personal performance impacts both individual and team efforts
• Utilizes both Marketing and Sales techniques, such as actively listening and asking open-ended questions to create a unique shopping experience that both helps educate the customer and gives them the right information
• Working in various retail locations, Marketing or Promoting, and selling new products and services to customers
• Efficient and proactive, and possesses the ability to learn all products and services offered by our client base, regarding home entertainment and other related fields (technology and electronics, telecommunications, home security, etc.)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Currently enrolled college student, or graduate (having earned a degree in related fields)
• Experience in Marketing and Sales, Retail, Customer Service, Advertising, Business Management, or other related fields is an asset
• Outstanding communication skills; includes both verbal and written
• Sports-minded; winning mentality and competitive spirit
• Responsible for individual actions, and participates in team related activities
• Maintains a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Comfortable managing different product lines within the home entertainment field; flexible and adaptable
• Proactive; displays a willingness to learn and is self-developing
