As a Marketing and Sales Assistant you will:

• Support the franchise CVRM commercial department (both Marketing & Sales)

• Handle all administrative tasks (enquiries, requests, appointments, calls, diaries, ...) in an optimal, timely & proactive way

• Coordinate events, meetings, projects and guarantee operational success in line with compliance guidelines

• Handle Cost & Spend management

• Be a point of contact with suppliers and cross functional team

• Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.

• Help organizing and maintain office common areas.

Essential skills and qualifications:

• A degree and/or equivalent experience

• Trilingual:  French, Dutch and English

• Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, internet, SAP, etc.

Desirable for the role:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
