Job Description

Como Gerente de Comunicaciones y Marketing serás responsable de crear y ejecutar comunicaciones de marketing de alto impacto que impulsen la participación en nuestras soluciones digitales de bienestar. Trabajarás estrechamente con el equipo de liderazgo de Client Success para desarrollar campañas de email, contenido promocional y activos digitales que incrementen la adopción y el uso de los programas
Responsabilidades clave:
• Desarrollar calendarios y estrategias alineados con actualizaciones de producto, días de concientización e iniciativas de campaña.
• Crear, redactar y programar campañas dirigidas a miembros. Utilizar herramientas de marketing y soluciones de IA para desarrollar contenido dinámico y modular enfocado en salud mental, fitness y nutrición.
• Mantener una biblioteca de contenido escalable (plantillas, llamados a la acción, kits de herramientas) y asegurar que todos los materiales reflejen el tono de la marca y su propuesta de valor.
• Monitorear y reportar métricas de engagement (niveles de activación, CTR, etc.) para optimizar los mensajes y la segmentación.
Requisitos:
• Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación, Periodismo o carrera afín.
• 3+ años en marketing de ciclo de vida, engagement o marketing para miembros (experiencia B2B2C/SaaS es un plus).
• Dominio de plataformas CRM/email (HubSpot, Iterable, Pardot, etc.), incluyendo diseño de flujos de trabajo y resolución de problemas de lógica de triggers.
• Habilidades excepcionales de redacción y edición para comunicaciones dirigidas a clientes.
• Capacidad para mantener al menos 4 horas de traslape con el horario del Centro de EE. UU. (CST).
