Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a forward-thinking and innovative Product Manager, Level 4, within the Marketing Analytics & Tools organization located in Renton, Washington.
In this critical role, the Product Manager will be part of an Integrated Program Team dedicated to developing & maintaining advanced tools that help capture value for our airplanes in the market. Also, the Product Manager will work closely with our Information Digital Technology & Security organization in facilitating development of efficient and reliable software. This role empowers Commercial Marketing to deliver data-driven insights that support airlines and maximize the value of our aircraft during the sales process. As an important part of our digital transformation journey, you will innovate on strategies and capabilities that shape the future of our marketing operations, ultimately driving more revenue into the company.
Position Responsibilities:
• Apply product management best practices lead software development projects on behalf of the business
• Evaluate business requirements, business strategy and opportunities for innovation
• Analyze and understand new technologies and how they can be leveraged to improve internal tools
• Understand user experience design. Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve user experience and operational efficiency
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business impact
• Work closely with software development and validate early product definitions and proofs-of-concept with users
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and project plans designed to address user needs
• Establish a collaborative relationship with application teams to ensure relevant data is available and in a form that can be utilized to execute their work
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• 5+ years’ experience as the technical leader of a software development or product deployment team
• 3+ years’ experience in product management
• Experience presenting and communicating ideas to key stakeholders across businesses
• Agile development methodology familiarity
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years’ experience working in the aviation industry
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or similar experience
• Experience with data analytics or analytical modeling
• Sales and Marketing experience/exposure

Summary pay range: $135,000 - $165,000
