As the Marketing Analytics Lead, you will be a critical driver of the strategic direction for the entire Marketing department across HelloFresh, Chefs Plate, and Factor. Your mandate will be to translate complex data into actionable strategies that optimize performance and achieve ambitious financial objectives. You will not only conduct deep-dive analysis but also be responsible for developing and implementing sophisticated processes, owning high-impact special projects, and proactively shaping the future of our multi-brand marketing operations.

• Strategic Insight & Financial Performance: Serve as the primary analytical and strategic partner to senior Marketing leadership. Drive rigor in performance tracking, evaluation of marketing outcomes, and communicate advanced data-driven recommendations that directly influence financial strategy.

• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Direct and conduct in-depth market research to uncover significant new opportunities, identify key consumer trends, and provide strategic intelligence that informs major campaign development and competitive positioning.

• Customer Base & Cannibalization Strategy: Lead advanced analytics on the unified customer base to preemptively understand and strategically address potential brand cannibalization across HelloFresh, Chefs Plate, and Factor. Develop and track key metrics for multi-brand portfolio health.

• Special Projects & Leadership Support: Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects as assigned by senior leadership, often involving complex analytical challenges and high-stakes decision-making.

• Data Governance & External Partnerships: Act as the organizational lead for critical internal data assets, and owning the relationship with partners like Environics, ensuring the effective, strategic, and ethical utilization of demographic and external data across the organization.

• Undertake other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.

• Experience: 5+ years in Marketing Management Consulting, Growth Marketing Management, DTC Consumer Marketing, and/or Digital Marketing.

• Data Proficiency: Highly skilled in analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, drawing conclusions, and adept at cleaning, transforming, and structuring raw data for analysis.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in querying data and possessing data through analysis tools such as Databricks, Tableau and Google Analytics.

• Strategic & Critical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think critically about company goals, develop strategies to achieve them, and articulate logical rationales for recommended actions.

• Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

• Analytical Aptitude: Creative thinker with a strong data-driven analytical aptitude to optimize daily performance and manage business operations effectively.

• Decision-Making & Problem-Solving: Proven strategic decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

• Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
