We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to support a fast-growing UK-based business with content creation, editing, and project coordination. This is an urgent hire, with an immediate start required to support ongoing client projects and relieve senior leadership of day-to-day content operations.
This role is ideal for a junior marketing professional with 1–2 years of experience who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of tasks. You will play a key role in editing content, managing distribution, supporting video and digital assets, and ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit and refine written and video content to meet brand and client standards
• Assist with copywriting for digital campaigns, websites, and client materials
• Manage daily content distribution across relevant channels
• Coordinate multiple client projects and ensure timely delivery
• Perform manual content updates and publishing tasks
• Support video editing and formatting for digital use
• Monitor deadlines and proactively flag potential issues
• Suggest workflow improvements and process efficiencies
• Provide administrative and analytical support to senior leadership
• Maintain clear communication across internal stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
• Experience with copywriting and editing for digital platforms
• Basic video editing experience (or strong willingness to learn quickly)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-driven, independent thinker who requires minimal micromanagement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable performing structured, process-driven tasks daily
• Reliable internet connection and personal laptop
• Full-time availability aligned to UK working hours
