Marketing Analyst

As the Marketing Analyst, you’ll be the analytical engine driving how our Growth Marketing team invests, scales, and wins. You'll own the forecasting models, performance reporting, and analytical frameworks that drive how we allocate budget, measure ROI, and scale our demand generation engine. This role is purpose-built for someone coming from consulting or investment banking who wants to apply elite analytical skills to high-impact growth problems at a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company.

What you’ll do

• Own Marketing Forecasting. Build and maintain financial-grade forecasting models for pipeline, revenue contribution, conversion rates, and channel performance. Your models will inform quarterly/yearly planning and budget allocation decisions.

• Design Performance Reporting. Create executive dashboards and weekly/monthly reports that give leadership clear visibility into what's working, what's not, and why. Think investor-ready metrics, not vanity numbers.

• Drive Cross-Functional Analysis. Partner with Paid Media, SEO, Lifecycle, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to answer critical questions: Which channels drive the highest quality pipeline? Where should we double down?

• Solve Ambiguous Problems. Tackle ad hoc strategic questions from leadership. "Why did MQL volume drop last month?" "Why are we struggling in one segment vs. another?" You’ll break down the problem, analyze the data, and deliver the insights.

About you

• 4-year bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar).

• Bonus points if you have a background in athletics or other competitive pursuits — we value the discipline, resilience, and drive that come with playing to win.

• 3–5 years at a top-tier consulting firm or investment banking. You've developed sharp problem-solving instincts, breaking down ambiguous challenges, structuring analyses under tight timelines, and delivering recommendations that hold up under scrutiny from senior stakeholders.

• Exceptional analytical and modeling skills. You’ve built complex financial models in Excel/Google Sheets from scratch—multi-scenario forecasts, sensitivity analyses, and dynamic assumption frameworks. You think quantitatively by default and excel at structuring ambiguous problems into clear, logical analyses.

• Strong communication skills. You've created executive-level presentations and memos that distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights. You know how to tell a story with data.
