We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Advertising Manager to own and scale our paid social and digital advertising efforts across platforms including YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and X (Twitter). This role will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing performance-driven campaigns that support brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, and experienced in managing paid social campaigns end-to-end, with a strong understanding of platform integrations, tracking, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
• Own and manage paid social and digital advertising campaigns across YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), X (Twitter), and emerging platforms as needed
• Develop full-funnel media strategies, including awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns
• Plan, launch, test, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, CPA, and engagement metrics
• Partner closely with creative, ecommerce, and brand teams to develop compelling ad concepts, messaging, and formats
• Oversee platform integrations, including pixels, conversion tracking, audiences, and API connections
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends and insights, and provide clear reporting and recommendations
• Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient spend and strong performance
• Stay current on platform updates, new ad products, targeting capabilities, and best practices
• Collaborate with external agencies or platform partners as needed
Requirements
• 4–7+ years of experience in paid social or digital advertising
• Hands-on experience managing YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads
• Strong understanding of ad platform integrations, tracking, and attribution
• Experience working with creative testing frameworks and performance optimization
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (platform dashboards, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• CPG experience strongly preferred
Salary Range (commensurate with experience)
$65,000—$85,000 USD
