OnTheList Korea is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Team in content creation and campaign planning across both digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, is passionate about marketing and data and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position also supports the entire OnTheList Korea office staffs on the general affairs and administrative matters, still reporting directly to Digital Communication Executive in Marketing team.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design

Design and produce creative assets (static posts, carousels, reels, short-form videos, banners, and ads) for the brand’s marketing channels (Instagram, Naver Blog, Meta Ads, and affiliate marketing channels).

Support visual concept development for campaigns and brand collaborations.

Research marketing and design trends to propose creative ideas.

Campaign Planning & Execution

Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and affiliate platforms (e.g. Meta Ads, KakaoTalk, Naver Blog, eDMs).

Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas, key visuals, and promotional themes for upcoming sales or brand activations.

Assist in scheduling content, managing timelines, and communicating with internal teams and vendors.

Help monitor campaign performance and ensure timely updates and adjustments when needed.

Other Responsibilities

Reporting & Data Support

Assist in preparing post-campaign reports, summarizing KPIs such as engagement, CTR, CPC and ROAS. 

Support in maintaining and updating marketing tracking sheets, creative calendars, and budget-related documents.

Help organize and manage creative assets and digital libraries.

Event Operations & Activations

Support offline event operations and marketing activations, including signage, displays, guest lists and vendor communication.

Capture content (photos/videos) during events for post-event marketing use.

General Support and Admin

Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks for the office staff, such as;

Scheduling: Managing calendars, coordinating appointments and meeting arrangements, and booking meeting rooms.

Document management: Filing, photocopying, creating documents, and maintaining organized filing systems (both physical and digital).

Data entry and record-keeping: Keeping records, reports, and databases up to date.

Office management: Ordering supplies, maintaining office facilities, and coordinating with vendors and 3rd party suppliers.

Meeting support: Taking minutes and preparing materials for meetings and events.

Requirements

University graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.

Familiar with Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects are a plus).

Proficient in Microsoft office for reporting and data management.

Strong understanding of social media trends, visual storytelling, and digital content design.

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

A collaborative team player with a positive and supporting mindset.

Excellent written and spoken English (preferred)
