JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Marketing Activation Manager (Contractor) to support the delivery of high-quality marketing programs across multiple markets. This role is focused on activation, campaign execution, ABM program delivery, content production support, and operational excellence — ensuring marketing initiatives are executed flawlessly, on time, and to a high standard.

This is a highly operational role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in turning plans into high-performing, well-executed campaigns. The ideal candidate brings a growth mindset, actively reviews performance, applies learnings, and continuously improves execution quality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Activation & Execution

Execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels including ABM, email, events, webinars, digital activations, and field programs.

Own day-to-day campaign activation tasks including setup, QA, launch coordination, and post-launch optimization.

Translate campaign briefs into high-quality executions, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.

Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.

ABM & Enterprise Program Support

Activate 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs by coordinating assets, account-specific tactics, event activations, and personalized outreach.

Support account-based initiatives including landing pages, targeted emails, event invitations, and custom content workflows.

Partner with sales and account teams to operationalize ABM campaigns and ensure smooth execution

 

Content, Copy and Asset Execution

Produce and localize campaign copy and marketing assets such as event landing page, newsletters, social posts or messaging snippets.

Ensure messaging is clear, accurate, on-brand, and optimized for performance.

Coordinate creative production with internal teams and external vendors when needed.

Events and Field Activation Support

Support execution of virtual and in-person events including registration setup, communications, speaker coordination support, and post-event follow-up campaigns.

Manage event logistics from a marketing activation perspective (campaign promotion, reminder flows, landing pages, lead handoff).

 

Performance Tracking and Optimization

Track campaign performance metrics including engagement, registrations, attendance, lead flow, and account engagement.

Compile performance summaries and insights to support continuous improvement.

Apply learnings from previous campaigns to optimize future activations and execution processes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

4–7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise technology, or complex solution environments.

Strong hands-on experience executing: integrated campaigns, ABM programs, email marketing and newsletters, event marketing and webinar activations, landing page and campaign copy development

Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously while maintaining execution quality.

Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with changing timelines.

Highly execution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Proactive problem solver who anticipates issues and takes initiative.
