At Cypher Games, we believe every detail matters when crafting unforgettable, thumb-stopping marketing experiences. As a Marketing 3D Artist, the 3D assets, environments, and cinematic scenes you produce will be used across marketing videos and storytelling-driven campaigns.

You will directly shape how players perceive our world before they ever download the game. If you’re passionate about mobile games, visual storytelling, stylized rendering, and high-quality marketing imagery, we’d love to see your vision in action.

Responsibilities:
• Transform 2D concepts into high-quality 3D assets (characters, environments, props)
• Create high-poly and low-poly models optimized for mobile platforms
• Model and texture organic and inorganic objects using modern workflows
• Work on lighting, shading, and rendering to deliver polished visuals
• Iterate and improve assets based on feedback, creative testing, and production needs
• Collaborate with animators, motion graphic designers, and other artists to ensure consistent visual quality and style

Requirements:
• Advanced proficiency in Blender for modeling, shading, lighting, and rendering is mandatory
• Maya and ZBrush skills are expected and support overall production quality
• Knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop is considered a strong plus
• Solid understanding of form, anatomy, color, light, and composition
• Ability to adapt to different visual styles while maintaining consistency
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for mobile games
