Position Overview & Purpose

We are looking for a talented and competitive Market Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. You have an appetite for learning. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete outbound calls to engage potential customers, generate leads, and drive sales

• Receive, and convert to order, inbound calls generated through marketing efforts

• Listen and understand customer needs and requirements

• Present our solutions to the customer if it fits their needs

• Answer customer questions about our service, pricing, etc.

• Close sales opportunities and achieve sales targets

• Stay informed about competing products and services

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Track record of achieving or over-achieving sales targets

• Strong listening and communication skills on the phone and/or web chat

• Skilled in persuasion and influencing skills

• Effective objection handling skills

• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask

• Effective customer service skills that build trust

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Appetite for learning

• Attention to detail and strong follow through

Basic Qualifications & Competencies

• 2+ years of proven Inside Sales experience

• Familiarity with consulting selling and sales skills in general

• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications & Competencies

• 3-5 years telesales or telecom sales experience

• Persuasive and goal-oriented

• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

• Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories

Physical Demands & Working Environment

• Sittig- up to 35%
