POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the British Columbia Moët Hennessy portfolio, including the planning and execution of marketing activities and supporting the achievement of sales objectives across assigned brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing and Strategic Planning
Develop provincial marketing plans aligned with Maison guidelines and National Brand Manager direction
Lead and execute strategies for new product launches
Measure effectiveness of marketing activities against KPIs
Collaborate with national and local teams to deliver customer-driven initiatives
Sales Collaboration and Execution
Partner with sales teams to implement marketing strategies
Maintain strategic account lists and ensure quarterly updates
Identify opportunities to grow brand presence in key accounts
Build and maintain strong account relationships through training and activations
Track and manage spending against objectives and recommend adjustments
Event Activation and Brand Presence
Plan and execute field activations in collaboration with sales teams
Manage POSM including ordering, logistics, and maintenance
Coordinate production of materials with local suppliers
Product Knowledge and Account Management
Deliver product training and education across teams and clients
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of brand guidelines and assets
Procurement and Physical Requirements
Manage procurement of goods and services
Support event logistics, including handling materials up to 56 lbs
QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication and presentation skills

Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
Digitally savvy with knowledge of social media and influencer strategies
Strong understanding of hospitality and basic retail environments
Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred
3+ years of relevant experience in luxury wine & spirits or similar industry
WSET Level 2 or higher is an asset
Other Requirements
Availability for evening and weekend events
Valid passport and ability to travel
Valid British Columbia driver’s license
