The Market Activation Executive provides execution support for the Market Launch team, helping to deliver new destination launches, relaunches, and product line activations at scale. As Welcome Pickups accelerates growth, this role ensures launch processes run smoothly and all readiness criteria are met on time.

Responsibilities

• Launch execution support - Execute launch checklist items including configuration setup and documentation
• Readiness tracking - Monitor launch readiness status across all active launches
• Configuration setup - Set up initial destination configurations following established templates
• Supply coordination - Coordinate with Driver Supply and local teams for capacity requirements
• Compliance documentation - Gather and organize compliance documentation
• Cross-functional coordination - Follow up with various teams to ensure launch dependencies are resolved
• Post-launch monitoring - Support first 90-day monitoring by tracking KPIs
• Playbook maintenance - Help maintain and update launch playbooks, templates, and checklists
• Process improvement - Identify and suggest improvements to launch processes

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
• Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination
• Self-starter who can work independently once trained
• Fluent in English
