Job purpose:
• To develop and implement the strategic and tactical actions that are required to ensure reimbursement for new products and secure current reimbursement conditions by government.
• Establish and maintain positive relations with relevant ministries and government agencies at all levels of bureaucratic hierarchy to brief them about the new innovative approaches that GSK is trying to bring with its products.
• Establish and maintain positive relations with the key stakeholders and communities to enable the company to be pro-active to the charging reimbursement environments and to obtain reimbursement approvals within the shortest time possible.
• Liaise with key stakeholders on a monthly basis and when needed in order to monitor changes in the reimbursement system and pharmaco-economic understanding of the government.
• Join into the discussion and to brief the GSK management and related departments about the changes in the reimbursement system and environment.
• Maintain a database to track pricing and reimbursement information regarding competitive products.
• Support the set-up pricing for new products
• Provides internal and external contacts/customers with reimbursement and prescription rules.
• Coordinate and supervise the preparation of submission of reimbursement dossiers and supporting documents to relevant institutions to obtain reimbursement in line with the existing working principles.
• Follow up on the results of applications
• Liaise with GSK international to create a transition of global pharmaco-economic understanding into the local scale, to be used up to support in new product reimbursement requests
• Continue with the external leadership to shape the healthcare environment through the activities in key pharmacy regulatory bodies.
• Degree in life science, marketingand/or sales background is a plus.
• Understanding of the healthcaresystem, its relevant processes, experience in /knowledge of pharmaceuticalindustry being a plus.
• 5 years experience inpharmaceutical environment.
• Oral/written communication skills.
• Absolute commitment to the highestethical standards and accountability for individual actions.
• Self-starter, proactive,business-focused approach
• Strategic think strong problemssolving skills
• Operates fairly and independently.
The candidate must be very good in Graphic Design and Animation.
