Looking for caring individuals to be part of the inaugural team of this new residential SUD treatment center offering ASAM 3.1 & 3.5 programming. We offer competitive pay, benefits and a generous PTO policy.
Jobs Available:
Residential Technicians—Supports and monitors individuals in ASAM 3.1 and 3.5 residential treatment, helping maintain a safe, structured, and recovery focused environment while modeling professionalism and healthy boundaries. CNA preferred but not required. Day or Night Shift - 12 hours
Residential Technician/CNA -Team Leader - provides leadership, coordination and support to Residential Tech staff working in ASAM 3.1 and 3.5 programs. Helps ensure a safe, structured, and recovery focused environment. The role oversees daily operations and models professionalism, effective communication, and healthy boundaries while supporting both staff and residents. CNA preferred. Day or Night 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am)
Master’s level Clinicians (Virginia Residents in Counseling or LMSWs) - provides counseling, assessments, and treatment planning for individuals in care. They support residents through individual and group services, ensure documentation meets Virginia and ASAM standards, and collaborate with the treatment team to promote safe, effective, recovery focused care. Some weekend/evening shift flexibility preferred.
Nurse Practitioner (FT or PRN)- provides medical care, assessments, and medication management for residents. They collaborate with the treatment team to support safe, effective, and recovery focused care while ensuring compliance with Virginia and ASAM standards.
Certified and Registered Peer Recovery Specialist - use their lived recovery experience to support individuals in our programs. They provide peer mentoring, model healthy recovery behaviors, assist with coping and life skills development, and collaborate with the treatment team to promote a safe, recovery focused environment.
