Full-Time | $60,000–$80,000+ | Salary + Commission

River Valley Marine is hiring a Marine Service, Parts & Accessories Advisor to join our team in Rochester.

This role combines customer service, service advising, and parts & accessories sales in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Pay & Schedule

$60,000–$80,000+ annually (salary + commission)

Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Rotating Saturdays during peak boating season

Full-time, permanent position

What You’ll Do

Assist customers with boat service, maintenance, and repair needs

Recommend marine parts and accessories

Write and manage service repair orders

Provide estimates for parts and labor

Coordinate with technicians and the service department

Order parts and maintain inventory accuracy

Follow up with customers to ensure a great experience

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills

Sales-minded with the ability to recommend parts and upgrades

Organized and comfortable in a busy dealership environment

Passion for boating, marine products, or powersports

Experience in marine, automotive, RV, powersports, or equipment dealerships is a strong plus.
