Full-Time | $85,000 – $250,000+ per year

We are hiring a Marine Sales Representative to join our growing, high-performance boat sales team. Automotive, powersports, RV, or marine sales professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.
This is a commission-driven role with uncapped earning potential at a Top 10 Marine Dealer in North America, representing leading boat manufacturers and supported by strong customer traffic and marketing.
Compensation
Base + Commission (Stable income with unlimited upside)
Typical Earnings: $85,000–$250,000 annually
Top Performers: $300,000+ possible for competitive, high-producing sales professionals
High-volume dealership with strong brand presence and proven sales process.
What You’ll Do
• Sell new and pre-owned boats and marine products
• Follow a structured dealership sales process
• Build relationships and generate repeat and referral business
• Deliver a premium buying experience from first contact to delivery
• Maintain detailed product knowledge of our brands and competitors
• Keep showroom and inventory clean, organized, and presentation-ready
• Work boat shows and promotional events
• Follow up with sold customers to drive long-term loyalty
• Attend sales meetings and ongoing training
This role requires flexibility—customer flow and peak season demands may extend hours.
Who We’re Looking For
• Proven success in commission-based sales (automotive, marine, RV, powersports, luxury retail, or similar industries preferred)
• Strong closing skills and relationship-building ability
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Knowledge of boats and marine equipment preferred
• LightSpeed or LightSpeed EVO experience a plus
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Reliable and self-driven

Schedule
• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (rotating)
• Weekday off when working Saturday
