River Valley Marine in Rochester, MN is hiring a driven, high-performance Marine Sales Representative to join our growing boat sales team.

If you are an experienced automotive sales professional, powersports salesperson, RV sales consultant, or marine sales representative looking for uncapped income potential and a long-term career path, this opportunity delivers.

Compensation

$85,000 – $250,000+ annually

Uncapped commission structure

High-volume dealership with strong customer traffic

What You’ll Do

Sell new and pre-owned boats and marine products

Follow a structured dealership sales process

Build relationships and generate repeat and referral business

Deliver a premium buying experience from first contact to delivery

Maintain detailed product knowledge of our brands and competitors

Keep showroom and inventory clean, organized, and presentation-ready

Work boat shows and promotional events

Follow up with sold customers to drive long-term loyalty

Attend sales meetings and ongoing training

This role requires flexibility. Customer flow determines closing times, and during peak season you may stay beyond posted hours to serve buyers.

Who We’re Looking For

Proven success in commission-based sales (automotive, marine, RV, powersports, luxury retail, or similar industries preferred)

Strong closing skills and relationship-building ability

Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Knowledge of boats and marine equipment preferred

LightSpeed or LightSpeedEVO experience is a plus

Professional appearance and strong work ethic

Reliable and self-driven

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (rotating)

Weekday off when working Saturday
