Compensation
$85,000 – $250,000+ annually
Key Responsibilities
Sell new and used boats, pontoons, wake boats, PWC’s and marine products
Deliver a first-class customer experience in a high-end retail environment
Build long-term relationships with an affluent customer base
Utilize the dealership sales process to convert leads and close sales
Maintain strong product knowledge of our brands and competitors
Present inventory with high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
Participate in boat shows, events, and high-profile client engagements
Conduct proactive follow-up with prospects and sold clients
Represent River Valley Marine with polished appearance and professionalism
Qualifications
Experience in boat sales, automotive sales, yacht sales, RV sales, or luxury retail highly preferred
LightSpeed / LightSpeedEVO knowledge is a plus
Strong closing skills and a proven track record of sales success
High-level customer service skills and relationship-building ability
Knowledge of marine equipment, recreational vehicles, or premium products
Motivated, reliable, and disciplined with strong personal drive
Schedule
Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
A weekday off is provided when working a Saturday.
