We’re currently seeking a Marina Operations Supervisor to support day-to-day operations across our Marina and RV Resort operations on southern Vancouver Island. This is a hands-on, multi-skilled frontline role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting Marina and RV Resort operations in a safe and secure, best-in-class environment.
This role offers strong development opportunities for individuals interested in growing their careers in marina and resort operations, including progression toward leadership roles such as Marina Manager. Flexibility in assigned location and willingness to relocate within our businesses is key to supporting in this capacity.

The ideal candidate brings strong customer service experience and thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor, multi-operations environment. Experience in marina, hospitality, RV resort, or recreational operations is an asset. Reliable vehicle and a driver’s licence is required.
The Marina Operations Supervisor will bring a strong focus on delivering these key responsibilities:
Delivers exceptional guest service across Marina and RV Resort operations, consistently demonstrating the “Yes I Can” service philosophy
Supports vessel docking, RV parking, guest arrivals and departures, and safe traffic flow across all operational areas
Assists with moorage and RV site transactions, guest inquiries, and frontline service support
Maintains safe, clean, and well-presented Marina and RV Resort guest areas including docks, grounds, and facilities
Supports retail, fuel, and cash handling operations as required
Works collaboratively across teams to support daily operational flow and peak period coverage needs
Access to a reliable vehicle is required to support travel between Marina and RV Resort locations as needed
Operates in alignment with safety, environmental, and OBMG operational standards
Steps into varied operational areas as needed to ensure smooth guest experience and service continuity
