Who will you be working with?
You will be working with the KinetiX team in Norcross, GA, collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams. This role supports the hands‑on assembly, testing, and delivery of mechanical and electro‑mechanical products in a manufacturing environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the KinetiX Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components while following established processes, drawings, and quality standards. In this role, you will support production builds, complete quality documentation, and partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure products meet design and performance requirements. Your contributions will directly impact product quality, on‑time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Ability to assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints
• Ability to understand and follow electrical schematics
• Ability to work on‑site in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Basic computer knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
• Technical 2‑year degree or equivalent technical training, certification(s) or work/military experience or high school graduate.
• Relevant manufacturing or assembly experience may be considered instead of a degree
• Understanding of quality principles and experience in completing test or inspection documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams
What will your typical day look like?
• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electro‑mechanical components and sub‑assemblies
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics
• Complete quality checks and accurately fill out test sheets and production documentation
• Program & configure equipment using standard software
• Follow standard work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality procedures
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to support production activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 40 lbs
• Ability to regularly walk throughout the day.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, bending, and reaching
• Ability to wear required PPE, including steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves,
You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.
Location: Norcross, GA
Work Arrangement: 100% On‑site
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday (Overtime and flexible weekend work will be available as needed)

Compensation & Benefits (US Hourly Role)
The hourly rate for this position starts at $23 per hour
The actual hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands, and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
