Job Description

We are seeking a manufacturing systems engineer to support and enhance plant floor systems including PLCs robotics and IoT devices. This role works directly inside manufacturing facilities connecting factory equipment to data platforms and enabling operational visibility optimization and reliability.

This is a hands on plant facing role focused on real time systems equipment integration and data flow from the factory floor.

ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain plant floor control systems including PLCs robotics and industrial automation equipmentIntegrate factory equipment and sensors with IoT and centralized data platformsEnable real time data collection reporting and operational analytics from manufacturing systemsWork on site with manufacturing engineering maintenance and operations teamsTroubleshoot system connectivity performance and reliability issuesSupport deployment of new equipment sensors and automation technologiesEnsure secure and reliable data flow between plant systems and enterprise platformsDocument system architectures integrations and operating procedures

Required experience5 or more years of experience supporting manufacturing systems or industrial automationHands on experience with PLCs industrial control systems or roboticsExperience integrating plant equipment with IoT platforms or data systemsExperience working inside manufacturing facilities supporting live productionStrong understanding of factory operations and equipment data
