_Responsible for overall product failure rate improvement, product KPI improvement _Review with team regarding quality issue in the production, coordinate for process quality improvement on daily basis, and tracking action implementation and effectiveness. _ Ensure no failure product flow over to customer side with quality control tools eg. early warning system, 14 Q-basic in plant. _ Coordinate with internal department for continuous supplier component quality improvement _GBPlant quality strategy introduction and implementation into department working level _ Customer complaint handling, coordinate with team for rootcause analysis, corrective and preventive action taken. Finalize 8D in requested time_ _ Coordinate with team for regular quality system audit activity_ _Regular quality information exchange via product IPN. _University, major in mechanical or electrical. _More than 3 years working experience as Quality engineer or related area. _Quality assurance methods statistic _Good communication and cooperation skill, result oriented person _Fluent in both oral and written English
