Position Details:

Location: Aurora, OH 44202

Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer

Duration: 4+ months (could go beyond)

Description:

· The Manufacturing Process Engineer position provides technical manufacturing support for the production of MRI RF Surface Coils. The position is a role with a strong focus on process simplification, cycle time and defect reduction across multiple product lines, and furthermore must be able to work autonomously.

Key responsibilities include:

· Validation of Manufacturing Execution System routes and data collection plans

· Ensuring Regulatory compliance through Validation & Verification

· Improving product quality

· Maintaining and generating comprehensive procedures

Quality Specific Goals:

· Aware of and comply with the Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position

· Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

· Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

· Knowledge and understanding of production process Work Instructions and operates within them to ensure that a device conforms to its specifications

· Ensures the creation of accurate, complete and timely records and DHRs

Qualifications:

· BS or AS in Engineering or Technical Degree

· Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

· Electrical or electronics manufacturing experience

· Labview, Agilent Vee or database programming knowledge

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Strong technical acumen

· Highly motivated, energetic, and creative

· Computer science or engineering degree / background
