Manufacturing Platforms Process Engineer – MSAT OSD (GSK Aranda)

Buscamos un/a profesional apasionado/a por la tecnología, mejora continua y estandarización de procesos, para liderar el área técnica de fabricación de formas sólidas orales (OSD).

Tus responsabilidades:

1.Gestión técnica de fabricación OSD:

Actuar como referente técnico en equipos, tecnologías y procesos de fabricación OSD.
Asegurar la adquisición, desarrollo y preservación de conocimiento técnico relacionado con procesos y tecnologías OSD.
Liderar actividades de diseño, requerimientos y cualificación de equipos y procesos (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).

2.Mejora continua:

Impulsar iniciativas para optimizar consistencia, calidad del producto, eficiencia y reducción de costes.
Fomentar la estandarización y mantener el repositorio de conocimiento técnico del área.

3.Resolución técnica:

Liderar investigaciones, análisis de causa raíz, resolución de problemas (PS, CAPAs) y gestión de desviaciones.
Ser referente en ciencia de materiales: caracterización, propiedades fisicoquímicas y procesabilidad de APIs y excipientes.

4.Uso del MSAT MiniLAB:

Supervisar el rendimiento del Laboratorio de Caracterización de materiales y procesos, utilizando esta herramienta para estudios técnicos y desarrollo.

5.Innovación tecnológica:

Promover herramientas digitales, modelización y control de procesos junto con equipos de Data Science y Digital Experts.
Impulsar tecnologías hardware/software (PAT, análisis avanzado, automatización) alineadas con las estrategias de Aranda, One Pharma y Smart Manufacturing.

6.Colaboración y representación:

Coordinar ejercicios multidisciplinares para evaluar necesidades técnicas e incorporar tecnologías para nuevos productos.
Representar el departamento en foros locales y globales de Ingeniería y Tecnologías (Proyectos, Comunidades de Prácticas, Centros de Excelencia

¿Qué buscamos en ti?
Formación: Grado en Ingeniería o Ciencias. Posgrado en Ingeniería Mecánica, Ciencias de Materiales o Química es un plus.
Experiencia: en fabricación farmacéutica (OSD) o sólida experiencia en sectores regulados. Gestión de equipos y control de procesos.
Habilidades: Liderazgo técnico, resolución de problemas, colaboración transversal, alto nivel de organización y orientación a resultados.
Idiomas: Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
