Boeing Commercial Airplane’s (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst Manager (Level K) to join the 737 Delivery Operations Boeing Production System (BPS) team in Seattle or Renton, Washington.

As a member of the Leadership team, you will continuously lead and develop Manufacturing Teams. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and coaching skills that will further enable our business unit to embrace and elevate a One BPS culture, driving a deep understanding of the One BPS principles, standards, production health and problem-solving model.

Position Responsibilities:

• The BPS Manager will manage Staffing, Training, Compliance, and Lean/Employee Involvement and Line Side Control Center (LSCC)/Delivery Operations Control Center (DOCC) across the 737 Delivery Operations

• The manager will manage employees performing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects to resolve production concerns

• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

• Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Tukwila or Renton, WA.  

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment

• 1+ years of experience in a formal or informal leadership position

• 3+ years of experience working in cross functional teams

• Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and overtime

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years’ experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace

• 1+ years of experience in or working with the Line Side Control Center (LSCC)

• 3+ years of experience with data analytics

• 2+ year of experience effectively communicating with employees, peers and senior leadership

• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

Summary pay range:

 $126,000 - $154,000
