Manufacturing Manager – Production Equipment Maintenance

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Manufacturing Manager (level K) to support Production Equipment Maintenance (PEM) team in Mascoutah, IL!
Position Responsibilities:
• Manages PEM employee activities within the production maintenance occupation including production maintenance planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, production maintenance provisioning, engineering, construction and Plant & Equipment maintenance
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Participates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers
• Manages, develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• 5+ years of experience working in Production Equipment Maintenance
• Leadership experience in a formal or informal role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
• Experience working with Ground Support Equipment Maintenance
• Experience with Flight Ramp Operations
• Experience managing paint processes

Summary pay range: $111,350 – $150,650
