Job Description

1.Responsible for follow up daily production quality related data and escalation if needed

负责确认每天的质量相关数据，必要时升级

2.OP standardized work guiding and checking

车间员工标准化作业指导与确认

3.Improve process quality and scrap rate. Lead related project to improve quality level

针对生产过程质量,报废率等方面进行改进, 组织开展改善项目

4.Quality problem solving on mass production with cross function department

对生产过程中出现的批量性质量问题和异常物料, 组织相关部门, 查找根本原因, 提出改善措施

5.Monitoring on quality related factors regarding machine, fixture, and quality check points. 

对设备，工装，质量检查点等进行监控. 对存在的质量隐患制订纠正/预防措施

6.Promoting 14Q and other quality approach in manufacturing area

推进质量指导原则等系统方法在生产区域的实施

7.Support smooth hand over from sample trial run to mass production

协助新产品从样品试制到量产的顺利过渡

8.MFQ quality documents maintenance and update

MFQ相关质量文件的维护与更新

9.OP skill matrix check and training system support

车间员工技能矩阵检查与培训系统

1.Education学历

• Bachelor or above 本科及以上 

2.Working Experience工作经验

• Preferred: Over 8 years  8年以上 

3.Knowledge/Skills/Training知识/技能/培训认证

• Engineering, Quality or Process Engineer background 工程、质量或工艺工程背景 

4. Language外语

• Fluent English 流利的英语
