• Als Manufacturing Engineer Process Diffusion (Furnace/LPCVD, Ionenimplantation, Epitaxy, RTP, Wet Chemistry) bedienen Sie eigenständig die Anlagen im Bereich Diffusion. Zudem erstellen sie Prozessrezepte in Abstimmung mit Prozess-Ingenieuren und unterstützen diese aktiv bei der Umsetzung von Experimenten.
• Sie führen selbständig Qualifikationen anhand vorgegebener Qualifikationsanweisungen durch und nutzen dafür Methoden der statistischen Prozesskontrolle (SPC, FDC). Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählt des Weiteren die aktive Dokumentation von Prozessproblemen und allgemeinen Anlagenthemen.
• Ein weiterer Teil ihres Aufgabenbereiches ist die kontinuierliche Überwachung von Holdmaterial, die Bearbeitung nach OCAP sowie die Übergabe an das Deviation Management.
• In Ihrer Rolle leben Sie eine enge Zusammenarbeit im internen Team, um tägliche Prozessprobleme gemeinsam zu lösen.

Auf dieser Stelle arbeiten Sie in unserem vollkontinuierlichem 6:4 Schichtmodell. Das heißt auf 6 Arbeitstage folgen 4 dienstfreie Tage.

• Ausbildung: erfolgreich abgeschlossene Facharbeiterausbildung in einer technischen Fachrichtung (Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Mikrotechnologie o.ä.) mit erster fachspezifischer Berufserfahrung
• Erfahrungen und Know-how: erste Kenntnisse von allgemeinen Fertigungsmethoden und -prozessen, idealerweise Halbleiter spezifisch; sehr gute Methodenkenntnisse im Bereich Prozesskontrolle
• Persönlichkeit: teamfähig, flexibel, motiviert und verantwortungsvoll
• Arbeitsweise: selbstständig, eigenverantwortlich und zuverlässig, Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im vollkontinuierlichen Schichtbetrieb (24/7)
• Sprachen: sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
