We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who wants to make an impact in a scaling company with big opportunities.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Manufacturing Engineer at Zivid, you will play a critical role within the Supply Chain, ensuring our products are produced to the highest standards. You will be hands on and responsible for the manufacturability of our products through development, ramp & mass production phases, making significant impact to our customers & company success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide DFx guidance & input on electromechanical & optical design
Prepare Supply Chain for our products at our manufacturing partners
Active involvement with engineering on the development & ramp of new product introductions
Identify & implement opportunities to improve product assembly, cost & quality during mass production phase
Act as primary interface with our manufacturing partners on preventing & resolving production related risks
Support and perform troubleshooting of product and production issues
Assess & monitor the quality of production material & suppliers
Implement product changes during critical phases of product lifecycle
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
MSc or BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Technical education or relevant field
3+ Years of relevant experience, within Supply Chain is an advantage
Familiarity with design & production tools such as SolidWorks, & PLMs, (Agile, Arena, Odoo)
Demonstrate competency in tolerance analysis and Product Test
Strong problem-solving skills & quality focused
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with camera technologies; thermals, optics, mechanics is an advantage

Travel : The role requires some travelling to suppliers
