Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all production and repair activities in support of assigned product lines.

Initiates and drives to completion productivity projects across all of operations.

Subject matter expert on CI and electro/mechanical production processes.

Authors or edits procedures through the change management process.

Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of producing and repairing products for all phases of manufacturing.

Designs and validates production processes and fixtures in accordance with product and customer specifications.

Transitions production solutions between factories during product acquisitions. Up to 10% travel may be required for both domestic and international product acquisition/training.

Interfaces with management to present program status, capital requests, or productivity initiatives.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or a related field preferred, plus a minimum of 0-2 years of direct industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
