Contract: 6-8 months contract
• Coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, and supply teams to developand guide the program manufacturing and tooling plan.
• Ensures the identification and implementation of advanced manufacturing technologiesand improves manufacturing processes in support of the type design.
• Uses process engineering principles and techniques.
• Develops, establishes,and guides requirements for assembly, tooling simulations, andmanufacturing configurations.
• Performs trade and cost studies andassists in leading integrated product and process teams.
• Ability toapply knowledge in one or more of the following areas; Composite non-metallic, Electrical/Electronics, Machining, Sheet metal, Systems andStructures
• 5–8 years of experience as an aerospace manufacturing engineer with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3–6 years with a Master’s, or 0–3 years with a PhD or JD.
• The role is subject to ITAR regulations; therefore, candidates must be eligible to work without visa sponsorship.
